After you have cleansed your skin, apply a small amount to wet skin on the face and neck. Concentrate on the nose, forehead and chin or anywhere that you are blocked or congested. Massage gently in a circular motions until the graules have absorbed and you can notice the exfoliant pulling the toxins out of your pores.

Rinse well with water and apply your lotion.

Our Tip: Your skin should naturally exfoliate itself, therefore you shouldnt need to exfoliate much. Please only exfoliate once or twice a week, if that.
